It still never ceases to amaze me how significantly a baby changes over the first few months of his/her life. Over time, the facial features go through numerous gradual changes that without photographs, it would be difficult for parents to notice the changes. I have a set of weekly photographs of my daughter Beth taken throughout her 1st year on my iPad and it is always a joy to scroll through them and see how she has developed.
When I first took some photos of baby Kaitlyn, she was about 12 days old. Three months later, she looks a little rounder and bears a striking resemblance to her father, Mark. It was heartwarming seeing her older sister, Becky (whom I have been taking photos of for the past 2 years) trying to ‘assist’ Kaitlyn during the photo shoot. I enjoyed capturing Becky and Kaitlyn’s interaction with their parents, Mark & Wendy. The other 2 babies of the family, Cornetto and Eski (2 adorable Shih Tzus with very different personalities) were also featured in some of the photos too.
